1. Data Ownership & Zero Collection

We do not collect, store, or exfiltrate any of your data. All session data lives in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local). Prompts are sent directly to your chosen LLM provider.

2. Use of Google User Data

Koi™ Assistant requests access to Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) solely to provide AI-driven orchestration features. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Access: We only access data when you explicitly trigger a skill (e.g., "Summarize this email").
• Storage: OAuth tokens are managed by the Chrome Identity API; we never see your credentials.
• Sharing: We do not share Google user data with any third parties except the LLM provider you have configured in settings.
