End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Rollingdell Software Service LLC regarding your use of the Koi™ Assistant browser extension. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the extension strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This includes use for personal and/or professional automation tasks as permitted by your specific license tier.

2. User Responsibilities & AI Content

The software acts as a co-pilot for browser automation and AI-driven orchestration. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all actions, scripts, and inputs generated or executed by the software.
• You must review all AI-generated outputs and automation steps before granting execution approval.
• The software must not be used for any illegal activities or to violate the terms of service of third-party websites.

3. Privacy & Data Access

Your privacy is a core priority. The software operates as a local agent within your browser. All data access, including interactions with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 APIs, is performed via secure OAuth tokens managed by the browser identity API. We do not store, collect, or transmit your personal data to our own servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rollingdell Software Service LLC shall not be liable for any data loss, security breaches, or financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the software, or from the execution of scripts and tools generated by the AI components.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
